He believes that would lower prices in insurances and create competition in health care because doctors don’t have a flat rate ''which by the way is the max cost they can charge your insurance company'', and they have to compete with one another for cost, and quality.

There is a prob that so many ppl want care the waiting list will be too long....so limit to like 3 visits per year and max benefits unless illness is life threatening...and you can appeal etc.

Even if he Did believe in any Conspiracy theories..... he wouldn't talk about them when running for office (nor would any candidate) because Americans have simply been raised to believe that anyone who questions the governments side of the story are "crazy conspiracy theorists" so it would hurt his reputation with the majority.
