@regardingwave Steven Adler (former drummer) was fired for drug use in 1990. Steven sued GNR for unlawful dismissal arguing that all band members were on drugs. He also asked for royalities and a payout. GNR were requested to face court. Axl and Slash rocked up according to Adler. I'm not sure why Slash wasn't filmed.

It is good to take your time when testifying. You want to say enough to answer the questions without accidentally opening the door to other questions that the atty questioning you otherwise might not be able to introduce. You also want to pause after a question to give your atty time to jump in with any objections your atty might have. Testifying is generally not a pleasant experience and I don't fault him for not wanting to be there.
