Most of the places listed above, are places where the local people know football and most will tell you that Serie A or La Liga are indeed better than the Epl.

You have to remember we were banned from Europe for 5 years this left the league miles behind the rest of Europe, now they've caught up and won't let that grip go for a long time (Easily the best run league in the world). I watch La Liga and The Premiership and I think they are equally as exciting... Premiership crowds are far better and atmospheric, Spain they seem to sit on there hands unless there is a goal (though they do give an awesome roar!) As for Italy.... Serie A is the dullest league in the world.. its slow, plodding and falling behind rapidly every year. More the fact that the type of play means it is more of a team game than in the other football leagues where every player gets about 10 years on the ball to make passes, show skills etc. Its the excitment and high tempo as well as the skill which make it the (not self-titled) best league in the world.

the EPL doesn't even have that many good strikers. the EPL call people such as Carlton Cole, Bellamy, Rooney, Kuyt these are the people that the EPL calls "good" strikers, Rooney gets a lot of hype from the press, and don't get me started on ronaldo?. Come on. Lionel Messi is much better than ronaldo, Messi has 15 La Liga goals, more than Kuyt, Bellamy, and Rooney. Bull, come on, thiery henry was scoring tons of goals every season at arsenal, now look at him, and Henry's my favorite player ever and I'm saying this. Michael Owen was a goal scoring machine in the EPL, but he went to madrid and he couldn't even find the back of the net, Fernando torres played for athletico madrid more of a second striker. he goes to Liverpool and scores 25 goals in his first year. and the difference between arsenal and barelona was 12 goals

What about Manchester United last season? They only gave up 6 goals in their run to the UEFA Champions League title. Barcelona had the same number, but 1 of the 6 they allowed was to Manchester United.
Against Barcelona, Barca threw everything including the kitchen sink and still can't find the back of the net.

The scottish fans would never say that the epl is the best in the world, and maybe theres only been 2 winners in the last 17 years of champions league but last season there was 3 in the semi finals and 2 in the final, arsenal were in the final, and no way is watching a lower team play another lower team boring, try telling any portsmout fan like myself that, these are the matches we look forward to! Also i hear the argument about English teams only winning 3 UCL. You have to remember we were banned from Europe for 5 years this left the league miles behind the rest of Europe, now they've caught up and won't let that grip go for a long time (Easily the best run league in the world). Remember before England was banned from European football we'd won 6 of the previous 7 European Cups... were back where we should be at the top of the game.

I watch La Liga and The Premiership and I think they are equally as exciting... Premiership crowds are far better and atmospheric, Spain they seem to sit on there hands unless there is a goal (though they do give an awesome roar!) As for Italy.... Serie A is the dullest league in the world.. its slow, plodding and falling behind rapidly every year. Watching Spainish and Prem football is like a ball of colour while Serie A feels like an old black and white movie... BORING.

this years champions league - 2 english teams in the final and all 4 in the quarter finals. also the english teams only got knocked out by other english teams.
last year 3 out of four semi finalists were english

More the fact that the type of play means it is more of a team game than in the other football leagues where every player gets about 10 years on the ball to make passes, show skills etc. Its the excitment and high tempo as well as the skill which make it the (not self-titled) best league in the world.
