The next day they sent him home and he asked for help and Hospice did something. The second day he was home he begged to go to Mercy as he was in pain from the cancer and drowing in the fluid of his lungs. Cancer is painful. Drowing is very painful. Hospice finally said he could go to Mercy but he died shortly after. My friend, Jerry is dead.

Do you think police officers can just attack persons for no reasons, the evidence is clear. We were not disruptive and Officer Karen Franklin attacked me. She was there on other business when she chose to attack me. When my friend is dying of cancer and the hospital keeps sending him home I will not stay at home, I will advocate for my friend. If you are ever in the hospital being treated poorly, tell your friends to "keep your stupid ass at home". I hope they do that

What you see on the video is Mercy Regional Health Care staff doing nothing, nothing, they sent Jerry Jones home that day again. I want you to know I continued to advocate for Jerry Jones, when the hospital unhooked him from all his meds and he said"I just want it to be over" I got a hold of Denise Klimek and got Jerry Jones the treatment he needed. Jerry Jones signed a medical release for me.
You can clearly see the security officer standing there in the reception area waiting for you to leave. After he left, you proceeded to disobey the staff by not leaving and pulled out your camera to take photos. As you can clearly see posted throughout the hospital, there are signs saying no cell phones, that means no cell phones period, which it looks like you were using one to take photos.
