Terry Toole, the man who wrote the article which you cite, has made it clear that Mark Taylor is not telling the people of Georgia the truth about Cathy Cox. She didn't "vote for it" because she couldn't; she wasn't a legislator at the time. Cathy personally voted FOR the lottery and has STRONGLY supported HOPE Scholarships ever since.
Georgia deserves better than Mark Taylor's hateful, dishonest and downright deceitful campaign.
