haha, well my friends really do, i've got my running gainer fulls off stuff but despite that i'm scared as shit to do a backflip off something hahahaha, it's really weird.

nah dude! i totally understand. my budy had the same problem. hes got back half's, fulls, etc, but for MONTHS he couldn't do a back tuck, or a back off something. we drilled him for two days non stop on it and he got it. its just a different feeling.

thanks man! sony vegas 8.0 platnium edition along with adobe photoshop (I design those little title things with the swirls on transparent backgrounds in photoshop and import them into vegas) ^_^

See when the swirls come in how do you animate them like that? So they actually swirl in?

Well, in photoshop, I get a transparent background and put the final image (how I want the entire swirl to look), and I save that .psd file. Then, I erase a little bit of it and save that .psd file. I then go onto the next frame, erasing a little bit at a time until there's nothing there, saving each frame as a .psd file. I then import them into sony vegas and reverse the files (I save them frame 1 as the final one, frame 15 as the first one) so it goes 15,14...2,1...

I then set each .psd picture file in vegas as 2 frames long and overlap them, and set the final result as long as I want. When I want it to swirl out, I just put the frames in order, 1,2,3...14,15 and do the same thing over again, set each one to 2 frames long and overlap them.

If you didn't get that I can make a tutorial, but you do have photoshop and vegas right?
