@mongoose704 Oh my yes! I can't stand debates on infinitesimally small issues like abortion and gay marriage. There is global economic crisis, an infrastructure in shambles, balloning foreign debt, a out of control military budget (some of which is hidden in other parts of the budget, such as debt reimbursement for previous wars), etc, etc, etc.
Seems super sweet, but is cheap, not nutritious and will eventually get you killed.
McSame- is like Hydrogenated Oil..
He started with a good ingredient, was altered beyond recognition, nearly impossible to digest and once in your system, he feels like he'll never pass.
Nader- is like Organic Wheat as he has sustenance that nourishes us all, doesn't rely on corporate manipulation, and is a corner stone for our entire healthy diet.
this is some of the worst journalism i have seen. Wolf Blitzer and the american people should be ashamed. Wolf had a chance to make a great statement and debate about the upcoming election but instead acted like the corporate lapdog he is.
Ron Paul said, "I want to change the system." He wants to change the corporate controlled domination of our democratic system of government. He went to Ralph Nader for help. He could not have made a better choice. Together they are trying to change the system. Together the American people will change the system. Together will decide.
How about a full time tent city in front of the Presidential Debate control centre? Maybe that will get the Country's attention. Why can't Americans absorb that their lives are being destroyed by the corporate/Federal Reserve duopoly known as the Republican Democrats? Have they been that dumbed down? This is no time for party loyalty, this is time to look forward and reclaim your country, your honour, your rights and to fix the evils you have imposed on the international community. VOTE NADER
I'm totally in agreement. Someone online made that same observation and decided to call them "emerging parties." I've since replaced "third" with "emerging" in my vocabulary. It seems to fit quite nicely.
High Noon Report, 9-13-08 YouTube Subscriber Votes Obama2 day increase 1,823 Ron Paul2 day increase 112 Grandpa McCain2 day inc1,049 Bob Barr2 day increase 21 Ralph Nader2 day increase 82 Cynthia McKinney2 day inc 31 Naders votes have increased over the last week but still pale by comparison with the Duopolies candidates. With a greater effort to inform Naders supporters about YouTube voting we can really put pressure on google to include him in the debate. Please help.
Thanks Jacob, I hope so. It's frustrating when you want to do more. I know it may seem trivial to worry about YouTube subscribers but these subscription numbers for the candidates are important media markers. If the message of it's importance can be gotten to Nader supporters and we could start getting subscription totals in the hundreds each day it would show a momentum that would be hard to ignore.
I just noticed the caption in red saying Nader is hurting Obama in polls in big capital letters. That's completely misleading the viewers. How many times does Nader have to say that he also gets a lot of votes from Republicans? I used to think Wolf was an okay guy, but I've lost all respect for him and this show. It's a bunch of brainwashing baloney. I'm boycotting.
How can these polls represent the opinions of the American people when the mainstream media won't give the third party candidates a chance to be seen or heard. I think most Americans don't even know who Ralph Nader is. Why is corporate America so afraid of Ralph Nader? Why don't the big corporations want Obama to debate him? With all their money and power, why can't they silence him? They have tried many times in the past; but, Ralph keeps coming back. Vote Nader\Gonzalez'08.
What kind of name is Wolf Blitzer? He should be fed to a pack of blitzing wolves. His name should be Pussy Blitzer because he has been pussy-whipped by the big corperate cats.
Watching Blitzer manipulate this conversation is a lesson in "modern media". (read propaganda) As a "newsman" Blitzer is about as honest as Charles Manson.
The Federal Reserve Cartel has looted trillions and is looking for an escape strategy. They are thieves. Removing them from power does not get back the trillions they stole. They must be prosecuted and every dime recovered. They know it. So to cover their escape, Dr. Paul suggests replacing them with a gold standard but NEVER PROSECUTION. Well, they have ALL the gold now dont they? Only Ralph Nader talks prosecution of the Corporate Cartel. Dr. Paul misdirects true opposition for the cartel.
Our enemy is expert at hijacking opposition and dividing it. That is why we should unite behind issues. Ron Paul just received a resounding approval for the removal of the Fed but he would replace it with the gold standard (the EXACT SYSTEM ROTHSCHILD USED to destabilize the USA in the 1920s.)So, I ask you. Who would benefit now from a gold standard? Ron Paul hijacked and misdirected the growing numbers familiar with the central bank scheme and steers it towards a gold standard favoring elites.
Our enemy has embezzled trillions and spent billions on the media empire of control. They buy universities and spend billions on population control. Be thankful you can even detect it. Many watch this video and cannot even begin to see the manipulation. That is scary.
Dutchoven08 great commenting. RP wants to change the system, says he wants 3rd party to win, won't support Nader even though they share all the same tactics and vision. Nader as always wanting constitutional government, changing the FED, repeal of patriot act, get rid of the debt, stop the war and all preemptive wars, the list goes on. RP selfish political puppet should have given Nader the credit he deserves yet marginalizes him here. One has to be honest about RP's objectives and actions
to:"DPJ." I see Paul, as Kucinich, guys that have a pro-people model, yet are dug into and working within the twin-party system to achieve and maintain their Congressional seats. Hence, Paul may have raised 10 mil and Kuc may have rated 70+% in many polls, but they were made aware that if they sidestepped the 'official choice' for Prez, they would be "Howard Dean'd".
The control of the MSMedia is total. Step out of line and you're done. There's motivation for you.Take back our minds
Dutch can you believe the ignorance on here regarding this video? How is it people can't see and hear what's put right in front of them? It's astounding
I think that's unfair to say. Back in the begining of the election Nader told Wolf he supported Kucinich, Gravel and Ron Paul before they were even popular, and said he wouldn't run if they were the nominee. Similiary Ron Paul has supported all 4 candidates as well.
Yes exactly and here we see Paul turning his back on the one man, Nader, that has a real chance as a 3rd party candidate. 3rd party needs one outstanding leader. Nader is that leader
No, he's not turning his back. Noth Nader and Paul represent the progressives and libertarian/ conseravtive thought and are comming together to show their is a greater political aliance between them than the 2 parties.
What NAder did in the begining and what Paul is doing now is letting his supporters have an open mind to candidates from the so called left & right to respect their range of supporters' choices.
Paul is no longer in the running. Ralph Nader is. Nader's campaign and vision should be the focus not Ron Paul. Paul is a part of the 2 party system and reflects his party's view in his own way.
Encouraging the "outside the box" crowd to vote for 'any' third party candidate sounds noble, but serves to fragment the effect of non-corporate-party voters and dissolve their chances of making a difference.
A vote for the strongest pro-Peace and People candidate (Ralph Nader) who stands at 6% in many places is the most effective 'bet' to make!
Seriously.
If the open minded folk joined forces, we stand a chance against the sheeple,
Thanks, Dutchoven, for posting this. Your subtitles are great, too, especially for people whose eyes are opening for the first time as to what's really going on in this country regarding elections, wars, the media and the proliferation of lies.
Paul said HE WILL NOT VOTE FOR NADER. You're all pathetic. The only reason RP got so much support was because he was a Rep. candidate. If he was a third party candidate you all would have shunned him as you did when he was a libertarian and he would have gotten nothing. His "message" isn't his message. Far more and greater men have been saying everything he has and more. Ralph nader has been saying all of these things and ran 5 times yet you don't support him. You're sheep RP your shepard
If you're going to curse, at least have the decency to spell it out.
FUCK YOU for drinking the Kool-Aid and your blind, unquestioning loyalty to a corrupt system.
Ironic how the only candidates adhering to integrity on the war, civil liberties, the national debt, and the federal reserve are suddenly the ones without "ethics".
Welcome to 1984 and thanks for being such a gracious little stormtrooper.
polidocproductions exactly I agree. This is clear proof of the objectives RP has had and the hypocrisy of posturing from the onset of his candidacy. Try getting RPite to understand or admit that, sheep. Nader's message has been clear, ran 4X and doesn't get support because third party candidates are seen as crackpots. Ex. Paul as libertarian. Where were these supporters then? Ironic that Paul now a Rep gets attention. Shows how many Reps. in this country with twisted perception of the world
The Commission on Presidential Debates is chaired by a former chair of the National Republican Party and a former chair of the National Democrat Party. In other words, it appears they work in collusion to control the two-party system, and keep third parties out.
damianpaonejazz- u must have just written those things to see if you can get a rise out of rp supporters.because if ur comment wasnt for shits and giggles and u actually are that stupid-this country is in bigger trouble than i thought!u hear one thing-not in favor of obama-and suddenly ron paul is the bad guy? very stupid comment.the difference between ron paul and all of us is that we would've told blitzer to "go fuck himself".very few people could handle themselves with such integrity.
kenienmiasmom you miss the point entirely. Read my comments. I don't care about RP or his supporters I'm stating fact as it is happening before our very eyes. I'm sick of the hypocritical BS people adhere to concerning support for third party. RP as a third party candidate didn't get .0001 the support he did as a Rep. candidate. Now, at the most important time of his life, he has a chance to do something meaningful about his views and THIS is what he does. Treats third party like monkeys.
RP thinks third party candidates should debate each other. That's is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard anyone who claims to have intelligence to say. What is the point of that?! A rant session that no one in this country would take seriously. Third party doesn't need to aline themselves together or band together they need a clear leader on the national stage debating alongside the 2 parties. If RP was running 3rd party RPites would be screaming for his inclusion yet not for Nader
Fuck Ron Paul you little weasel. Listen up Ron Paul supporters. Listen to the little weak weasel you supported. Paul would rather draw Obama's vote than concern himself with the issues and solutions. Nader's position on the most important issues is the same as Paul's. Yet RP doesn't care about the people and the issues we face. Pathetic Ron Paul. Nader is a man Paul a weasel. RP won't support Nader because Nader supprts women's rights, minority rights gay rights, clean air, healthcare etc
what in the hell?? Ron paul just put aside all of his ideological differences to unite with ralph nader to promote what's best for the country and go against the 2 party system! What the fuck!!!
He's simply encouraging his supporters to vote for one of three candidates: Chuck Baldwin, Cynthia McKinney, Ralph Nader. He didn't endorse Nader; in fact, he said himself he wouldn't vote for him, nor would he join his campaign (and vice-versa). It's simply a show of solidarity against the current ballot-access laws and the two-party monopoly.
Paul just said he will support Nader ONLY TO DRAW VOTES FROM OBAMA. Paul is politics as usual and here's proof in his own words. Paul is not uniting with Nader at all. Get it straight. Paul wants the independent parties to debate each other instead of supporting their right to debate along side the Reps and Dems. What the fuck is that BS. How absurd. Paul doesn't give a shit about the people and his actions here and in the past 2 weeks prove that. RP supporters are such sheep its pathetic
chewbaca1989 yes he did as has everyone outside of the 2 party system and some, very few, inside. Yet instead of demanding or encouraging his supporters to demand change he panders to the system and the corruption. He has a chance to do something but he has to protect his ass so he puts himself first. It's very sad the whole thing. The one clear leader has been shunned and marginalized the whole time, Mike Gravel. Here RP given the clearest and greatest chance to effect the system fails
Blitzer is a buffoon. No doubt Nader was pandering to Ron Paul's supporters here, and although there are some idealogical differences he brings a lot to the table as a candidate.
Could you post this as a video response to youtube video entitled:
"No democracy in America"
It will allow all of us to see the power of the Comission of Presidential Debtaes in fixing the elections by showing how they threatned to arrest Nader in 2000 if he dared enter the building with at valid audience invataion, having already been excluded.
Information is power, therfore denying millions of viewers information that anti corporate candidates exist by excluding them fixes the election
Even though Nader is and has been the best candidate for the past two terms Paul won't fully back nor vote for Nader. He has his own twisted agenda and it has nothing to do with putting the people of this country first. If it did he would get on board with Nader if he had the intelligence to realize Nader would appoint him a position in his staff. Paul is A to dumb to see that, B now a devout Rep, or C doesn't care about the people of this country enough to do something about it. Commitment
What is with all this "New World Order" crap? If you are talking about aliens, reptilians, men in smoky rooms feeding us subliminal propaganda and making all the decisions in the world, etc. then please go away. We don't need legitimate issues tainted by ridiculous conspiracy theories.
And if you are talking about a rich, powerful, elite class that exercises its influence over nearly all of the world, then it's nothing new. The elite class has been consolidating its power for hundreds of years.
Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich, Bob Barr, Cynthia McKinney, Jesse Ventura, they all have 4 basic core beliefs...

I just thought of the mental framing concept that those in power have created about "Third" parties.
"3rd", subconsciously implies Third place. I.e. loser, not winner. The Bronze medal, etc. Thanks for trying but you didn't win..
We need to reshape the paradigm to be "additional" parties or another "progressive thinking" term like that.
Perhaps Broader parties?
Framing our favorite candidates as "third parties" is a tool of psychology to mask them as having been in third place, or having lost.

polidocproductions exactly I agree.

In other words, it appears they work in collusion to control the two-party system, and keep third parties out.

damianpaonejazz- u must have just written those things to see if you can get a rise out of rp supporters.because if ur comment wasnt for shits and giggles and u actually are that stupid-this country is in bigger trouble than i thought!u hear one thing-not in favor of obama-and suddenly ron paul is the bad guy? very stupid comment.the difference between ron paul and all of us is that we would've told blitzer to "go fuck himself".very few people could handle themselves with such integrity.
kenienmiasmom 3 years ago
kenienmiasmom you miss the point entirely. Treats third party like monkeys.
damianpaonejazz 3 years ago
RP thinks third party candidates should debate each other. That's is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard anyone who claims to have intelligence to say. What is the point of that?! A rant session that no one in this country would take seriously. Third party doesn't need to aline themselves together or band together they need a clear leader on the national stage debating alongside the 2 parties. If RP was running 3rd party RPites would be screaming for his inclusion yet not for Nader
damianpaonejazz 3 years ago

What the fuck!!!
dangercartxx 3 years ago 4

RP supporters are such sheep its pathetic
damianpaonejazz 3 years ago 2
Dr. Paul stated that the Commission on Election Debate, chaired by Republicrats, is patently unfair.
chewbaca1989 3 years ago 3
chewbaca1989 yes he did as has everyone outside of the 2 party system and some, very few, inside.

Bastards!
Vote for Nader, he's our best hope.

Information is power, therfore denying millions of viewers information that anti corporate candidates exist by excluding them fixes the election

ron paul is awesome. good for him for getting on with nader.

Commitment

Nice jouranlism saying, "You won't be elected President" no, Blitzer is not a pawn of the New World Order at all.

Right! How does Blitzer know that? He can believe it all he wants, but it's not a foregone conclusion.
GET THIRD PARTIES IN THE DEBATES!!!!
SugarMonkey528 3 years ago 5
What is with all this "New World Order" crap? If you are talking about aliens, reptilians, men in smoky rooms feeding us subliminal propaganda and making all the decisions in the world, etc. then please go away. We don't need legitimate issues tainted by ridiculous conspiracy theories.
And if you are talking about a rich, powerful, elite class that exercises its influence over nearly all of the world, then it's nothing new. The elite class has been consolidating its power for hundreds of years.
