I would recommend it very highly. Robert Fisk was a journalist who spent 25 years in the middle east. Through this experience he has predicted many events, at one point he had said that he believed 9/11 was an inside job (he may still do now) but he also has the real journalistic experience to warrant decent respect. Christopher Hitchens is a great writer too, you certainly won't agree with everything he says, but he sets a refreshing argument out in his defence every time.

Bin Laden wasn't responsible for the attacks. Khalid Sheik Mohammed was the master mind. UBL is not even a strategic target anymore. Hes an old man hiding in a cave and has little authority of any logistics of Taliban or AQ operations.
Consider both angles here: If truthers are wrong, and Bin Laden pulled off 9/11, then further investigation into the attacks would be relatively harmless, compared to the consequences of preventing an independent investigation if 9/11 WAS an inside job.

The path of least resistance describes the physical or metaphorical pathway that provides the least resistance to forward motion by a given object or entity, among a set of alternative paths. Hence, physically impossible to collapse symetrically, unless the resistance(the building) was removed.
What you don't see in the collapse of WTC7 is the internal structure breaking down several seconds before the external structure. You can graphically see this in the start of the collapse at the penthouse on the roof. That's simply the way the building collapsed - by internal structures collapsing due to fire damage and loss of structural integrity.
In any case, charges set off simultaneously would definitely be heard on any recording of the event. They aren't.

It doesn't have to be a controlled demolition , it just has to be physically possible to collapse in that manner, and the reason of fire and structual damage doesn't account for the collapse to ingore the path of least resistance, this principle of nature should still come into play during the collapse of the building.
Okay, I don't know exactly what you're saying, but here's what I get from what I said earlier...
1) WTC7 did not collapse at anything close to free-fall speed, since it started collapsing internally before the external framework.
2) Because this internal collapse destroyed all central supports to the external structure of the building, the external structure collapsed almost straight down instead of to the side.
ok, well that makes absolutely no sense, for it to fall like that youd have to take out all the supports at the same time, it wouldn't stand around for 8 hours after being damaged and lose all support at the same time, it would have fallen when it got damaged. the collapse does not fit into known physics, sorry but 9/11 was a staged event.
Don't propose a red herring like "all supports would have to be taken out at the same time" with no sources in respected structural engineering to back it up. If the core columns eventually fell, it's not hard to see how the rest of the building would follow - the whole structure depends on the central supports.
Much more improbable than an account of the events supported by 99.9% of structural engineers is any conspiracy theory. No trutherse have proposed an account that even makes sense.
shell that's not a red herring, the video shows all supports being taken out, so the building falls in on itself because there is no support, if some support wasn't taken out , the building would have fallen away from the support. it's the path of least resistance, it's why the official story doesn't make sense, just because conspiracies don't make sense doesn't mean the official account automatically is correct.
What you just said doesn't invalidate anything I said. The core support of the building failed, so the direction of the collapse was nearly straight down. Why do you keep assuming that the damage required an asymmetrical fall for no reason?
If the core columns fail, the rest of the supports fail, and so the whole building goes down on itself. There is nothing here that does not make sense.
the the debri damaged the core columns they wouldn't fall 8 hours after the damage happened. it wouldn't fall asymmetrical because their would be some areas of the building offering resistance to the damaged area causeing the building to fall in the direction of the damage.
1) Fires had to weaken the structure of the building BEFORE it collapsed! THIS is why the FDNY commenced withdrawal from the building. THIS is why the building did not fall immediately.
2) I have an engineering student friend here who says the buildings are purposely designed NOT to fall asymmetrically in the event of a collapse for safety reasons. Any credentials on your end?
3) The core columns are in the middle. The building should fall down towards its middle upon damage there.
I have a friend called physics, and the path of least resistance shows how wtc 7 collapse is caused by something other than damage from falling debri and fire, obviously parts of the building did not sustain damage, and these parts offered no resistance to the collapse, that is just silly. and the fire wouldn't weaken the structure and cause it to collapse, it would collapse when it got damaged, the WTC 1 n 2 should have collapsed right after the planes hit, not an hour later.

I would recommend it very highly. Robert Fisk was a journalist who spent 25 years in the middle east. Through this experience he has predicted many events, at one point he had said that he believed 9/11 was an inside job (he may still do now) but he also has the real journalistic experience to warrant decent respect. Christopher Hitchens is a great writer too, you certainly won't agree with everything he says, but he sets a refreshing argument out in his defence every time.

The idea of these scams is not to make money for most, but to create drama and therefore benefit the original tale-spinner with fame and notoriety. It muddies the real indiscretions of the governments in the western world, and confuses and upsets the victims of such terrible atrocities like 7/7 or 9/11. Consider both angles here: If truthers are wrong, and Bin Laden pulled off 9/11, then further investigation into the attacks would be relatively harmless, compared to the consequences of preventing an independent investigation if 9/11 WAS an inside job.
There are too many unanswered questions, and the stakes are too high, for us to simply dismiss all doubts regarding the official story.

The path of least resistance describes the physical or metaphorical pathway that provides the least resistance to forward motion by a given object or entity, among a set of alternative paths. Hence, physically impossible to collapse symetrically, unless the resistance(the building) was removed.

What you don't see in the collapse of WTC7 is the internal structure breaking down several seconds before the external structure. You can graphically see this in the start of the collapse at the penthouse on the roof. That's simply the way the building collapsed - by internal structures collapsing due to fire damage and loss of structural integrity.
In any case, charges set off simultaneously would definitely be heard on any recording of the event. They aren't.

ok, so air provides more resistance than broken down internal structure. It doesn't have to be a controlled demolition , it just has to be physically possible to collapse in that manner, and the reason of fire and structual damage doesn't account for the collapse to ingore the path of least resistance, this principle of nature should still come into play during the collapse of the building.

Okay, I don't know exactly what you're saying, but here's what I get from what I said earlier...
1) WTC7 did not collapse at anything close to free-fall speed, since it started collapsing internally before the external framework.
2) Because this internal collapse destroyed all central supports to the external structure of the building, the external structure collapsed almost straight down instead of to the side.

ok, well that makes absolutely no sense, for it to fall like that youd have to take out all the supports at the same time, it wouldn't stand around for 8 hours after being damaged and lose all support at the same time, it would have fallen when it got damaged. the collapse does not fit into known physics, sorry but 9/11 was a staged event.

If the core columns eventually fell, it's not hard to see how the rest of the building would follow - the whole structure depends on the central supports.
Much more improbable than an account of the events supported by 99.9% of structural engineers is any conspiracy theory. No trutherse have proposed an account that even makes sense.

What you just said doesn't invalidate anything I said. The core support of the building failed, so the direction of the collapse was nearly straight down. Why do you keep assuming that the damage required an asymmetrical fall for no reason?
If the core columns fail, the rest of the supports fail, and so the whole building goes down on itself. There is nothing here that does not make sense.

the the debri damaged the core columns they wouldn't fall 8 hours after the damage happened. it wouldn't fall asymmetrical because their would be some areas of the building offering resistance to the damaged area causeing the building to fall in the direction of the damage.

1) Fires had to weaken the structure of the building BEFORE it collapsed! THIS is why the FDNY commenced withdrawal from the building. THIS is why the building did not fall immediately.
2) I have an engineering student friend here who says the buildings are purposely designed NOT to fall asymmetrically in the event of a collapse for safety reasons. Any credentials on your end?
3) The core columns are in the middle. The building should fall down towards its middle upon damage there.

I have a friend called physics, and the path of least resistance shows how wtc 7 collapse is caused by something other than damage from falling debri and fire, obviously parts of the building did not sustain damage, and these parts offered no resistance to the collapse, that is just silly. and the fire wouldn't weaken the structure and cause it to collapse, it would collapse when it got damaged, the WTC 1 n 2 should have collapsed right after the planes hit, not an hour later.

My point is that you have no experience or credentials in this area. Anybody can take a well-known scientific principle and manufacture a seemingly common sense (but completely wrong) theory from it. How? Because scientific statures are always nuanced (this is why we have scientists to interpret them). For example, "What the *%^& Do We Know" took quantum mechanics and distorted it in populist fashion.
Engineers have the blueprints and calculations necessary to prove their point. You don't.
