Although i am a Manny Pacquiao fan, it should be noted that both Margarito and Pacquiao camp along with HBO is doing a great job of dwelling on the "hand wrap" scandel. @gerryboy101 xylocaine is banned in Vegas, however it can be used in training. Shane used EPO in 2003 however EPO wasnt banned until late 2004 early 2005, yet he is considered a cheat. Xylocaine was also banned for in-ring use (after the hbo video). So you have two fighters using something that would later be banned, and yet only one of them is considered a cheat ?!?!

I'd like to know how ANYONE can say that asking for random drug testing at an Olympic gold standard is ridiculous. Bottom line is that this is a top level fight, and boxing should already make Olympic style testing mandatory at the highest levels of the sport. Even 13 and 14 year old girls in olympic gymnastics have no problems with random testing .
