It's really interesting film. Anyway I doubt it. I don't believe that this town exists. I tried to do some research, but I came to the dead end. I found some article. It says that Pravda laughed from Sweden publication about soviet spy town. A town is called Вінниця. You can try to search something about it, just use google translate. I want to believe this, but somehow I can't. I know that Soviets had some secret towns, but this one? I don't know. It's very interesting.

Yet, there's NO mention of collecting the motel soap, stealing the towels, or the TV, NO mention of drunken brawls, no drug dealings gone bad, no black people lurking in the shadows, waiting to mug the guests or break into their cars outside.............

And they call this a TRAINING FILM??

Was this meant as instructional material for the CIA, FBI or Police? Was it made to be shown in American puclic schools? Was it for tv or shown before a feature presentations in movie theaters?
