  • lol I just made a fingerstyle reggae tutorial and went looking for others. Long time dude. Awesome vid.

  • What kind of bridge pickup is that?

  • you rock

  • I can't keep the bass quite muted enough on the second measure inbetween that triplet without sacrificing to chord behind it. Errg... frustrating.

  • you are stoned, dude

  • yo man amazing, you should get a 7 string guitar for deeper bass

  • @UnknownMisfit1 I actually have an 8-string Charlie Hunter ytype guitar/bass hybrid... But since most people don'y have a 7 or 8, I decided to stick with the 6 string, bro.... ;)

  • @meganutt7 Oh that makes sense...

  • Wicked! Love it!

  • LOVE ITT♥

  • C'est génial mais c'est pas vraiment facile à apprendre!!!

  • Yes man i have struggled with this concept for many years the polyphonic approach as you call it but its what you want to do if you want full creative controll of the music. i too throw in "dead notes" or pluck sounds too. its like trying to add percussion with your guitar. i've found there are somethings i can do but others i can't. it can be very frustrating..but yeah subscribed i am..nice to see someone cool teaching this concept.

  • Wow man, great great video! Suscribed!

  • reminds me of tuck andress style of playing fingerstyle guitar... are you influenced by him?

  • Also, for reggae drums, they often hit the bass drum on the 3, which is where one would expect the snare drum to be in lots of pop music. That gives it a real interesting feel. This obviously has no direct relevence to guitar, but it's something I noticed a while ago as a drummer.
