  • very good

  • aw sweet my sensi always talks about ed parker and al tracy it's cool that most sensi's know the same guys by any chance do you know sensi riox?

  • UGH! I need to find a dojo!

  • cool xD

  • we do kick kick and pull him onto an elbow

  • tell me this if they do something that you are not expecting during the technique then wont it screw up the whole move

  • if they do something unexpected in the middle of the move you merely transition to another technique or, if you are advanced you can make it up from there.

  • We do this one, one side scrape and stomp, step out left foot, turn, Rt obscure elbow, chop

  • Do you teach in Brooklyn?

  • I noticed both of you let up the pressure on the attackers arms to some degree, why?

  • Mr. Seranno always throws a couple extra shots in here and there... Very cool! They show that the techniques are merely examples of what to do with the various strikes and kicks you learn in Kenpo, and aren't meant to "limit" anyone to a structured technique. Like learning how to put together sentences with individual words...and you can always add a few extra words! These gentlemen are excellent instructors and these videos are invaluable to any level Kenpo student.

  • Excellent- I have learned an additional detail that I had missed in my training. However at that school we had a back-kick before crossing out. I need to see where you guys are listed on the Kenpo family tree.

  • you might as well come down on his coroded arterie near the end. great video

  • You guys are doing a great thing! Best of luck to you.
