last year i did figure skating and i got pretty far i actually completed the basic levels i can do one foot spins and jumps but i stopped because i needed private lessons and i never got them but now i realize what will make me better ... practice so I'm gonna get off my but and actually ice skate tomorrow thnk u for inspiring me

i figure skated for many years and coached a bit- i went off to university and so i stopped. to my eye this is a girl to watch. If she is actually 8 its amazing. She a presence like sasha cohen i find.When it comes to costumes-i think follow michelle quan-she always got it right. It was hard to see on my computer but it looked like her lutz entry was actually a flip- but hell i still cant believe she is eight! I was perfecting a basic spin n shoot the duck lol.

strong spins, but eventually as she gets older someone needs to get her in a harness for the jumps. She isn't pulling through and getting up high enough... Probably a fear thing, harness time would help

my bestfriend is a dancer and knows nothing about skating and the first things she says to me is "her arabesques are sloppy" and all i can think is wow tht must be 20 times hardee ro do on ice... obviously ur not guna hav perfect technique... she was amazing i loved it
