Your wrong, the koran was written by humans but dictated by Allah to the prophet(pbuh) and he in return dictated it to the people who wrote it down and accumilated all the text together to make one book.

the Koran the Torah were both the true words of God, but the Torah was change over time by people who did not want to follow the true religion, hence why God one last time send another book, to guide people like he did when he send the Torah.
