I've only been playing for 1 year, still a rookie, but even I know that... how do you think the crazy solos copme from rock songs?... if you watch, sometimes instead of strumming through the fast parts, they'll finger the strings and strum normal speed... also, you can learn that from gutar hero and rockband by playing those games...
