@megarational You can already. And the government foots the bill. It is the treatment that is denied if you don't have money, but only in caes where treatment is one time and needed quickly. Like if you broke an arm, you will get a cast. But if you have something like cancer, then treament is not an option. This all under current pre-bill law.
