Music to my ears, and definitely eye candy, love the pinstriping and just everything about it, I was at the Harley dealer a couple weeks ago and fell in love, very nice bike man.
@andrademeza I dont have the data to back this up, but i think Harley is the most customizeble bike in the world. The sky is the limit. Harley's aint the best handling bikes, not the best perfomance bikes, but they are deffintly the most unique bikes out there.. Not 2 are the same.. (almost)
awesome ride man =) I would drop the sissy and install an hollywood bar and 1 leather saddlebag like the olds WLA. Then i would enjoy this bike till im 99 years old !
Great bike bro..I have a 2009 Crossbones but havent made any exhaust mods to it yet (YET, lol)..but I absolutely love the bike..and to all of you who have posted on here, that are serving or have served, Thank you so much for your sacrifice. We are forever grateful.
Mine is being delivered in six weeks but I still got another 79 days in Afghanistan. FUck! I already got the V&H big radius, Fuel Pack, K&N filter, and a new solo seat. Will post pics ASAP.
Awesome Bike!!!! I also have a 06 street bob with the same pipes you have. But i didn't know about the cross bones until after I got this one. I'm definitely getting a cross bones, maybe next year. Man that bike is the best i've ever seen. You should be proud, Ride safe!
Good to see a crossbones with some V&H´s exhausts... looks awesome, great choice! Ive got a 2006 Street bob.. and the more I see the x bones..the more I want to trade mine for one!! damn!!
What do you make of the riding position etc? It must have a bit more pull as well or? any complaints?
Ill put a vid up of mine again once its back from the paint shop
Hi thanks for the comments, sounds better than on the video, really loud. Love this monster the riding position is brill you could ride it all day and it handles well too, as for the power its big grin time, its my dream time. Let me know when your Vids back on, cheers mate ride safe.
Thanks for reply, I bet you have a lot of fun on this beast. I only just changed my sporty to the streetbob so im gonna hold on to it for a while but the crossbones will be my next in year or so. Ride safe!
hi. im from mexico and i wanna buy this bike but in mi case im not rich ill give 15% and own the rest in 3 years, ill pay about 1 1/2 bike price, mi question: you think worth it ? please answerme im getting closer, or i should buy the dyna super glide, its cheaper but i dont know.
i want bike a bike for all mi life and i think this would be a great start.
I love your Cross Bones. Sweet pipes too! I have the chrome Big Radius on my SuperGlide Custom. I love the chrome, but part of me longs for a Dark Custom:)
Hi 08Dyna thanks for the comments,I took a peek at your video brought back some good memories cos the bike I had before the crossbone was a Dyna Superglide Sport.Ride safe guy.
I have a blast on my Dyna. Right after I picked her up at the dealership, that's when I saw my first Cross Bones. They both are really awesome:) Hopefully, someday I'll be in your shoes and have my own Cross Bones lol:) I'll keep my Dyna though. It's my first. Kinda sentimental:) Ha Ha Harley ROCKS!
Hey I have a question for you, or for that matter, anyone who might know... What's the difference between the Twin Cam 96 and the Twin Cam 96B. I've did a little research. Harley advertises the 96B in only the Softail line. Is it the rubber mounted Big Twin on a Softail frame? I've heard of an 88 and 88B as well. Just curious.
Hi 08Dyna I dont know if this is the answer your looking for but looking through a Harley book I found the following word for word.Introduced in 1999 for the year 2000, the FXSTD Softail Deuce was fitted with the new Twin Cam 88B engine. This was the next stage of the 88 engine, introduced in 1999 the B featured 2 counter-rotating balancers to help cancel out primary engine vibration thus enhancing the reliability of the rigid mounted engine. How about that then?
Makes sense to me! Thanks for the insight. Learn something new everyday! Ha ha Speaking of the Deuce, am I the only one who wishes Harley did not quit making them after the 2007 model year? LOL I love the Deuce.
Music to my ears, and definitely eye candy, love the pinstriping and just everything about it, I was at the Harley dealer a couple weeks ago and fell in love, very nice bike man.

Is that exhaust with or without baffles and did you use the vance and hines fuel pak to dial in the motor?

Will the 2 into 1 big radius pipes fit onto the Crossbones?Someone told me you have to ditch the rear footpegs to get them on.

nice looking bike...im hoping to get me one soon...since i dont know much about bikes i have to ask a few things (yes ima noob).
1. what style are those tires?
2. what style is the tail? you know the part where you got the sissy bar looking thing on at the back.
3. what style is the seat called?
4. You can customize the handle bars right? and pretty much everything on it?

Your bike is gorgeous. I'd chop the rear fender take the foot rests off though. Make it a real bobber. :D

Did you have to make any modifications in order to install the passenger pegs above the big radius exhaust?

Victory bikes owners think they are better then Harleys. If so, why only 1 new victory bike video every month if that? Harley rulessssss.
