and all this time i thought the point of lancing a wound was so it was a small exit wound that would heal fats while at the same time clearing any infection, well now i kno i was rong!ur supposed to heat up a unsterile knife(witch heating does practicaly nothing unless its a certain temp)and just rip the skinn off the fuckin thing!hell y settle for a small infection when we can just make the wound a crater and have the whole area around it get infected too!!!
