  • Hey I found out that with this planes stock setup it burns the motor out immediatly, if you still have this, try a 13x6 prop from hk for 99 cents.

  • I know that the 3d planes are suppost to be tail heavy, but is it harder to fly like that or were you just not used to it? bty I'm thinking of getting this plane soon so I kinda need to know.

  • Some times , by not checking to see ,if you have up thrust makes you think ,your tail is heavy .Or leave same as it is , just program your radio that when you throttle up you gone have some down elevator .How ever a proper CG set up ,you should know how to get your mean aerodynamics, chord line .Then you can fly before test crash etc.

  • I always use Hex wrenches to balance out my planes too.... lol

  • If im using a 6S 2200Mah battery, and it is still tail heavy, what do you recomend doing?

  • @matrobsti this is a 3D plane and they are all tail heavy so that they can hover well

  • @alishanmao Yeah.

But it is so tail heavy you cant control it...

  • do you think it will be tail hevy with a 6S battery?

  • @matrobsti nops :) it will be good with 6S

  • @alishanmao ok thanks, is it really 3D? Will it be that with 6S?

    Is it easy to assemble?

When I have 6S battery, and running on full throttle, do you think the motor will be overheatet?

  • @matrobsti 6S battery will burn the motor. its stock setup can take only 4S setup. plus to my flight style i did not find it that stable to learn 3D plane moves. Its not that good a plane for 3D

  • @alishanmao ok. but throttlestore sells it with a 6S battery and 70Amp speed control, do you think the motor will handle it then?

They say that it is 3D with this setup, do you think it is?

  • @matrobsti with that setup it will be powerful enough to do 3D :) with old setup no. seems like E-Do Model has taken my suggestions seriously and upgraded motor, esc and battery :D Cheers

  • Isnt it 3D suppose to be tail heavy? I think you should change the information above about tail heavy and add weight to the nose. Keep posting more videos! Good work Ali

  • hi there sir:) what battery were you using...and what do you think was the weight of that wrench you taped on? thanks

    good videos man!

  • @volvoman777 I do not know the weight of wrench i tapped on lol. But rest is all stock setup that this plane comes with

  • The engine takes to get out? have you changed your engine now? I'm a bit frightened by this that you tell me ..: ( Sorry if I am a little heavy but I expected this to both the engine warmed up ..

  • @alacachequetumba I did not change the motor. but mine did come out twice lol and cut the cowling foam clean during flight had to crash land it. It needs good motor, esc and battery. plane is good

  • This plane is not used to extreme acrobatics? For 3D either? = ( The wood where screws??:O you recommend that I replace the motor, the stock engine is not powerful? Greetings from Barcelona thanks ali

  • @alacachequetumba it can do 3D my man, but the stock motor just not good. it gets very very hot and gets loose. so better get a good motor and put in to get fun out of this plane

  • Hello brother! I just bought the YAK 54 from e-domodel! Now to wait how long the shipment to Barcelona .. I have really wanted to test the plane!: P My flying style is extreme, 3D ... I have videos here on youtube of some of my flights =) I would like if you could do yak a video of flying with dual rates, so a little aggressive, to see how it behaves more or less the plane .. If you do 3D for the better: P I would greatly appreciate it!!! Greetings from Barcelona friend ^^

  • @alacachequetumba I doubt that this plane can handle extreme 3D lol. its a foamy. plus motor goes real hot burning the wood where screws go and coming loose during hovers. on dual rates its pretty aggressive on rolls though. put in a good motor and you will have fun

  • @alishanmao What kind of motor?

    Link?

  • Hobby King Has Them!!!!

  • is the landinggear not to weak, it looks so flat

  • @gerritkorblet it is weak yes :) bumpy landing and it bends and also presses foam deforming it

  • @gerritkorblet it is weak yes :) bumpy landing and it bends and also presses foam deforming it

  • how much r these my frind ?

  • Nice one my man and i hink you will find that 3D planes are meant to be a little bit tail heavy for the 3D flying ;-) thumbs up matey and i'm now off to have a few flights myself.

  • @startazz yup, thats what I was studying and finding out. 3D Planes should be tail heavier to pull all those crazy stuff or hovering, torque rolls. Gonna take it out today if it doesn't rain and see if I can hover it :)

  • Roughly how much for this one?

  • hey thats awesome where can we get this plane?

  • niceeeee :)
