I, personally, do not like airsoft......period. I do however think it is great for those who enjoy it. I stumbled across this review, while searching for a review on my new Barrett M99-1 .50. I find it extremely aggravating to be looking for info on a firearm, and be directed to airsoft reviews.

That said, after watching your review, it came to my attention that your review is more complete than most reviews for the real product, more info 2........so good job, keep it up and happy shooting.

With that said I target shoot as well and am glad to see other real steel owners not so close minded about airsoft. Especially when they can't be compared to the real thing when they aren't used for the same purpose.

This is a good beginner platform sniper but I would upgrade the internals of this gun cause there plastic. I have this same gun and i got it to shoot 600+ fps with .20 and 475-500 with .36 and also if u can find barrel spacers that will help- out alot to but u do want to change out the cylinder to a high performance cylinder cause the one that it comes with is very cheap. Mine crack on right where the bolt connects at.

If that muzzle brake is plastic, you can try dyeing it with black RIT dye. just make sure you rub the whole thing down with paint thinner or alcohol before dyeing it to get off any release agents from molding
