  • I can see it coming 'round the bend!

  • @DMT0605 He paints a sound picture with his guitar, doesn't he? You can close your eyes and SEE that train!

That's why they call him Mr Guitar!

  • Thanks again Doug.

I'm re-visiting your great collection of Mr. Guitar and his music.

A very happy Christmas and New Year to you and your family. May the best of events be yours.

  • Great job!

  • FANTASTIC!!! What a refreshing music compared to all the commercial garbage that is produced today. Chet - you're the best! THANK YOU!

  • Thanks for the response Doug...

I am not a fingerstyle picker but I was able to interpret alot of what Chet done with my single string picking style and I have many hours of woodshedding with Chet's CD's. I have a digital CD player that I can run thru my guitar amp and pick along.

  • Doug:

You have that completely right about visually seeing that old coal burning training heading down the track. I love jamming to this one on one of Chet's CD's. It is a simple song with a great deal of feeling within it. Changing keyes truly makes an interesting listening done exceptionally well by Chet. Man, we sure miss this incredible man and his guitar. We are truly fortunate he came by in our lifetime to hear a true genius. Chet R.I.P. we love you....

  • @WillyJay3461 Yeah! Ain't it great? A Chet masterpiece! What other guitarist in history had the ability to take a guitar and paint a picture of that old train rumbling down the tracks? Only Chet! This is one Chet song that I have probably listened to a million times and I never get tired of it.
