Sorry to rock the boat, but I bought the first series of this a while back and I enjoyed all six episodes; so much so that I hope to see the rest of them some day. Whether any station would actually repeat them, I don't think so... I can't see a station like itv3 (as it's written) going for something like this.

The whole series has recently come out in a complete boxset - although the other two series haven't been released separately, which means that you'll have to double-dip for the first season then.

Try searching for it on Amazon, Sendit etc.

Thanks for that advice. I've seen Series One in my nearest HMV... but the case is all bashed. I had Series One as I stated, but I fooloishly broke the disc! Still, if the three series are out there, I'll certainly have a look at those sites you mentioned. Thanks.

I presume you're talking to me on that one! Er, no, being honest - as much as I'd like to have them. I've never used websites to buy stuff online and I don't have any credit cards or the like, so I wouldn't know where to begin. I haven't asked in-store at my nearest HMV yet either. But, I keep my hopes up to get them some day as I want to see them. The episode uploaded recently was really funny when I watched it... twice!

Why doesn't sattelite telly re-run these things..as much as I love only fools,porridge etc,that's all they ever bloody show...there needs to be a decent "nostalgic" tv channel showing all these forgotten "gems"..kelly montieth,the Gaffer,That's my boy,Bottle boys etc etc..

The trailer is a great upload, but the programme was one of the worst sitcoms that I believe was made to date. A rumour goes round that even Jim Davidson believes the programme was a waste of a slot, how it got a DVD release I don't know!

I suspect this trailer went out on Monday 28th January 1985, trailing the episode shown on Tuesday 29th January. Note how the RP voiceover morphs into cockernee when he pronounces the word "castle".
