i got this headset, and returned it the next day, this headset is massive, too big for my head, hurt my ears cos my ears touched the plastic inside, the paddin did nothing for me, and next the sound quality... what quality? compared to the x11 the sharks are rubbish, ok x11 isnt surround sound, but has better bass, crisper highs and smoother mids, seriously check these out before buying them, or do yaself a favour.... skip them, get the astros, x41's instead, or x11 at game for £45

i got the sharkoons v3 an be4 that i had v2 but the v3s are much better NO buzzing noise what so ever even when my pnp chargers in an 4 watching films there super iv no bad things to say about them 10/10 in my eyes..

My sharkoons make very annoying noises when I plug the 2.5 mm cable movies and when i have my play and charge kit on it makes a buzzing noise. It sometime very uncomfortable. but other than that its a great headset. I Jizzed in my pants when i did the 5.1 audio test

Yes they are, the drivers in the sharkoon are better and COD4 is only built for 5.1 so 7.1 doesnt make any difference.

astros are better. but not alot better. Astros are 230 pounds but sharkoons are only 109. if u can afford get astros but if u want a very slightly worse but much cheeper headset then go with the sharkoons

Yeah Sharkoon owns but i got one problem with a friend of mine with the volume adjustements becausee its diffrent from sharkoon to sharkoon I can Hear dead silence at crystal blue which is 3rd option but he hears dead silence on red which is the last option thats a bit gay :D but at all its nice

You forgot to mention..you cant take them to LAN, they need two dodgy non uk plugs + adapters, the mic breaks all the time, they are heavy. But yeah they are a pretty decent headset. Dont compare to Astro's though.
