  • well, you gotta do the basics drink lots of water, eat about 5 to 4 small meals a day. cardio everyday, oh an buy some 10 to 20 pound ankle weights and 5 to 10 pounds free weights for your arms and strap them on while you jogging and doing shadow boxing (more like cardio with weights). and trust me you will see a dramatic difference in about 6 to 9 months

  • @Illyahna hey, the weren't born with built muscles, they aslo had to train. Just give yourself time and you'll look O__o.

  • Seated ezbar curls are really good for adding some size to the biceps because you can go really heavy since it's only a partial motion. Also, make sure you use weight when doing abs..it will help.

  • Good for you! I like that you want to build some muscle. I personally believe good muscle tone looks great on a girl and I think most guys do. There is nothing embarrassing about your tummy, though. It's not bad right now! Please show your progress. I would love to see your biceps get some nicely toned muscle and maybe even that sexy "peak"!

  • @bolthead19 don't assume you know what "most" guys want. Hate when people assume their sexuality is the norm. There "norm" is that no norm exists. It only exists in your mind and the media perpetuating steretotypical beliefs of adam and eve.

It's very illustrated (easy to see and understand all exercises) and users say it's really efficient. This book got 5 stars by users. Take a look on amazon_fr.

  • I'm looking foward to see your progress. It looks like you got a good start. If you can , try to do a periodic measurement of your biceps and stomache, and make some videos of doing dumbell weight curls.

  • @Raman711 Hey Raman thank you :) and I will try to make measurements ... I just don't want to focus on measurements and weight thats why I don't but I will now and than at the end.

  • The basics - pushups, arm curls, sit-ups, squats - EVERY DAY! And eat - you'll get your results.
