i did this before same way but i know how to get on top of the building once you get up there put a few care packages infront of the roof (the one thats at the plane tunnel) and jump over the barrier and keep trying 'till you get up there and boom your up on top of terminal

No, this isn't, they're three ways you can, this, jump on care package, or jump on top of the crates, then on tip of plane and your up, that is the easiest way cause you don't need and perks. Or any particular weapons, like this.
