  • Cardio burns the fat ab workouts build muscle if you do not do DAILY cardio you will never get abs and if you are overweight you are simply wasteing your time

  • This should be done as part of a daily exercise rountine . You should feel the tightening in your abs, if you don't, then you must be not doing it incorrectly. This workout isn't suppose to make you feel pain and if you do, you should stop otherwise injury may be caused.

  • The stretch break is a life-saver! Otherwise, impossible! Who knew you could get so tired in 5 minutes?  I must be way more out of shape than I thought...

  • Thanks to whoever uploaded this, the tips on tecqnique really helped. Before I was using someone elses 5 min ab but didn't feel the stretch. Although now I cannot continue through the whole video as I'm beat but working towards it!

  • it doesn't matter ow many times you do it. You only need to do it once a day. Your body starts toning when you rest, not when you keep it working. Add to your routine  8 min arms, 8min legs, 30min cardie. You will see abs in 84 days depending on he type of body you have. Drink 2 liters of water and don't eat fried food.

  • 000233339 is right besides for cardie, yes a cardie exercise is very important it is one of the slowest to see results in your abs. i suggest doing this routine 2-3 times per day along with legs and arms workouts

  • How many times should I do this per day? Anyone knows?? I´ve been doing the 2 minute abs 9 times per day, but I´m a little bored with that one.. So I´m looking for another one.. Anyone knows a efective one?? thanks :)

  • What do I do wrong cos my neck and throat muscles are hurting when I do this and they get so tired I can't hold my head up...

  • i've been doing the 8 minutes abs although not now and i realised the same problem as u, at first times i felt all the stress going to the back of the neck but my abs felt barely any stress if thats wt u meant. However as i did this more often i start to feel more in the abs but not the neck, maybe pychologically ajusting the position, im not sure.. but one definite way is to mentally focus and really feel the stress in the abs, which should automatically make u avoid more pain from the neck...

  • the problem is more likely that your pulling your neck instead of the abs.

    what you should be doing is focusing on your abs and making sure that they are doing the work, instead of your neck and throat.

    your neck and shoulders and head should be aligned the whole time so make sure that your net just moving your neck. if you focus on keeping your upper body straight it makes things alot easier.

  • try to focus on your abs and keep your head and neck still...

    maybe try stretching well before and after too

  • They do hurt when you start but after doing it for a while it should stop hurting and the longer you go the more your abs hurt

  • I need to find a work out that will work on my lower abs, my upper stomach(or under my ribcage) looks flat and skiny but my lower half... I dunno.

  • yeah, same here. i've been doing ab workouts for about 4 weeks now and the bottom half of my stomach is still....well, flabby. i was hoping that i'd tone my stomach a bit more.

  • it all depends on how much you're eating and how much cardio work (i.e. running) you're doing. You can also try doing Plank and see if that helps.

  • you should go on iTunes and get and these podcast (they are free).

    "Fit Life","Fitness Attack",and "2 minute toner". These podcast have help me het in good shape!! :)

  • i know i got a six pack under my small layer of belly fat, but its not going away. When i pull that little layer down i see my sixpack. I got 17 days until my girlfriend comes home from vacation, and i want to get my abs toned before that so she gets what she likes :)

  • abs all depend on body fat % if your doing these exercises and you dont do cardio than you wont have abs... unless your skinny than you have low bf already.

  • This is a really good video! Really encouragin, and realistic expectations, not ridiculously hard so u couldnt keep it up! So helpfully to me!
