Oh and if you're a guy with big fingers you may have a little trouble using the keypad. The keys are super tiny and more suited for women's fingers. I'm a girl so it's fine for me but my brother is a big football player type guy and he complained that my keys were so small when he was using my phone lol

Had this phone for a year and some months now. It really is a great phone and we've had a great run but I'm ready to move on to an android phone touch screen type phone. Everything on this BB is pretty easy to use and it looks so sleek and sexy (yes sexy lol). I'd totally recommend it.

I have had the 9700 for the past two years and I have always been satisfied with it. Love it. It took me a while to adjust to the smaller keypad, but after a while I fell in love with it. It is a great device, and I'm still using it until the 9900 comes out on AT&T, if that ever happens. If not, I'm happy still using my 9700.

@XXXCompAssesXXX to be perfectly honest? i have both the iPhone and Bold but I spend more time w/ my iPhone mainly because of the apps. Blackberry apps sort of mediocre and the keyboard isn't helping either it's hard to type, but it's a nice phone overall if you're into business and stuff :) hope that helps

Teenagers do lots of testing nowadays. Personally I sent at least a minimum of 1000 messages in a month and I have sent up to 8000 texts before. I have tried the 9700 but I am waiting for the 9780.
