i like to add spinach to a smoothie i make with bananas and yoguart and orange juice (sounds weird, i know) and i think that always having some on hand would be great

This sounds really interesting. I'm not sure how I feel about freeze dried spinach when I don't really love regular spinach....but you never know, it might be worth a shot.

nice having the flakes so small. that way, you can season stuff a bit or mix it through your rice or potato dishes without much grief. and freeze dried stuff usually keeps almost ALL of the nutrition of the fresh equivalent, so i bet that's the case here too.
