  • i was wondering what your weekly routine is. you seem to have a very solid core and body overall and you don't seem to use weights (aside from what you used for the superman push ups which doesnt really count lol) and i was hoping to achieve similar results. thanks for any help you can give :)

  • just saying,can you do 2 finger pushups. i broke my fingers doing that.

  • @MarkQP markQP 3 actually bruce lee was one of the strongest people for his weight, he would do single arm dumbbell curls with 80 lbs for 3 sets, thats when he was about 140 pounds

    im pretty sure a huge gorilla boxer with a lot of strength like mike tyson would beat bruce lee

  • @MarkQP dude u cant compare a fly with a gorilla. if MT hits BL once... BL would lose all of his bones. ^^

  • @XtremeWorkouts heavy guyz have a hard time lifting there bodies like that.

  • @Theboxer500 Do sit ups for 25 minutes with a 45 weight plate on your chest, then do dragon flags for 2 minutes. You'll feel the same burn from both work outs. But compare 25 minutes to 2 minutes. These work outs are sick as hell.

  • dam...you make them full body leavers look easy...i don't got the balance to do those yet...maybe in a month or two

  • @capNtrill practice makes perfect, i saw improvements in the first 2 weeks after my surgery, its a great one for lower back, abs and tris.

  • @TheMasterTeak I would advise you to build your core up first with the basic exercises (abs curl, oblique curl... NO DORSAL RAISES!! BAD, THEY ARE VERY BAD!) only just because if you attempt to do these exercise you will most definitely injure yourself without the right conditioning. Hope that helps.

  • how many minutes of workout would you recommend for this workouts ? (Per day) ?

  • @jpachy I normally just do this as a warm up for my ab exercises. Do it every time you workout, e.g 2 sets of 3 for all exercises and then go onto your main ab exercises. If you have just started with these complex exercises, do only 1 set of 3.

  • @jpachy Dont expect the best dragon flags in your first week or two so dont push yourself over the limit or you might do your back in! This video is about 6 months old, you can see i still need to improve. Now that i'm fully recovered from my surgery I am doing this every time i go to the gym. I have seen improvements in my technique and I am slowly getting to the 1inch dragon flag. I highly recommend it *caution!! ---> You must have a strong lower back + core!* Not recommend for gym newbies.

  • abs, lower back, hip flexors, obliques, lats and triceps for the LEAVERS. For the super man push ups - triceps, trapezius, deltoids, pectorals and core.
