Dear friend , I have seen him twice for one hour live on channel one , with photographs , copy of his CAW cell complaint shown on screen well , with copy of fake bills of jaimala etc submitted by other party . He was present with other family members also and if Senapati4 is so concerned he may verify the same from channel one to confirm the misuse of 498A. Girl is an MBA regular working from long time and left the job just to harrass and claim the maximum maintainence from the boy.

I want to inform everyone & specially to senapati4 that this is not the first time when i have seen this person on media , few days back he was there of channel one also on sunday with his other family members also with documentary evidence and photographs too. Accused mother - in - law is working with Tis Hazari Courts who was trying to take the advantage of her experience as well as Dowry Laws. Copy of fake bills submitted by other party is also shown on media .

My question is where is the other party it not been shown. Have the P7 people enquired wht actually happen or is happening.

Moreover the accused is in most filmy style potraying himself in front of media for publicity stunt.

How it is clear from boy's statement tht grl is demanding money have u peple investigated before (see if some grls r wrong so the boys r also not tht innocent).

I m also investigating the matter n will soon revert with facts abt both parties

It is important to bring the truth in front rather than fighting on gender basis.. If ur sister is trapped u will be the first one to do so n involved in such things but right now ur on the othr side of picture so may be ur saying .....

Earlier news by P7 was of both sides & it shows this story is false as boy says they spent 7 lakhs and girl side spent 4 lakhs don't u feel it is white lie and also suddenly after 1 and 1/2 yrs they got notices of legal cell which shows they did not avail the opportuny of concilliation why cry now. Honestly look into as acts of brother & sister look one sided and fabricated. Why Parents not shooted at their place or at married sister's place. Involvement seems certain.

1. In todays times many times boys side specially if richer spents more, so whats odd.

2. Concilliation procedings are like agree to all the girl says or else their are all laws to distrow your life. Even if CAW cell or NCW understand that the girl is wrong, they are helpless, their are no laws to punish girl, also if they dare to do so they will be immediately fired from NCW & state women commisons temporary posts or risk transfer from CAW cells.

The problem is 2 people can not live together, they can go their own ways. Unfortunately, Radical feminists laws make it almost impossible for girl to not try to extort maximum money by Dowry & domestic violence allegations. Thus making evil feminists law drafters laugh. Poor girl & boy.

Well the above story seems bogus with no valid proofs and just onsided.

P7 forgot to bring grl side. n promoted oneside story. This is actually the misuse of power rather than bringing the correct picture? As usual for rating they will do any thing ..

This is the reason people fear to approach Law /police/media as it is whole systm is curropt n not sufficient to provide justice.

How good it is to invoke in 99.9 % matrimopnial disputes non bailable law that also against relatives. The unmarrid sisters later find it difficult to get married due to pending cases.

Great program. Women are also being mistreated by these laws made for women themselves. Marriages are being seen as a BIG RISK for men and their family. Men need to bow down to their inscrutable wives and agree to their demands in order to protect their family and its well-being. Even I have faced similar threats although up till now no such case is against me. My old parents' health has been affected because of wives' and their families' behavior.

Govt of India sent advisory to all state govts to curb this menace but they don't dare to amend/repeal 498a because of protest from WOMEN organisations!!!! Are we ruled by women organisations or elected members?
