Experienced before too, with my sister in the car! Recently I got a fine for parking at the service road next to my block which I had to, to unload bulky objects as there isn't any unloading bay. I appealed and got a reply 3 MONTHS later that someone complained to HDB which was why they had to take action(fine me). I wrote back sayin that's why i appealed with a reason and also asked for the particulars of the person, so I can verify with him/her but never got a reply since.

Good, if the media is reading this news, u can check it out the traffic wardens having meals at a coffeeshop near Kembangan MRT and parked their bike illegally on the pavement and side roads!! I notice that ever since LTA outsourced this job to external sources, these external traffic wardens don't even bother to ask you to move away.
