Being from the UK, I've seen this guy on TV and in his newspapers. He's trying very hard to be funny, but he comes across as a complete idiot. He's very quick and mouthy, and that's presumably why he's doing so well. Whoopi is looking very much like she'd like to skewer him with his own ill-fitting tie.
