  • good form dude...especially on the monkey bars...one question...when you are doing kettle presses you hold the sack on the other shoulder...what effect does it have?

  • Heavier.

  • By adding a weight on the other side, his core muscles have to work harder in order to maintain the correct form, thus adding an extra muscle group in the same exercise.

  • I'm not sure, but it might be because when u do those lifts u tend to tilt your body and lower back to one side which might not be good. that sack might help to balance things out... maybe :)
