good form dude...especially on the monkey bars...one question...when you are doing kettle presses you hold the sack on the other shoulder...what effect does it have?
By adding a weight on the other side, his core muscles have to work harder in order to maintain the correct form, thus adding an extra muscle group in the same exercise.
I'm not sure, but it might be because when u do those lifts u tend to tilt your body and lower back to one side which might not be good. that sack might help to balance things out... maybe :)
