buddy guy is the best guitar player i've ever heard live. i went to a jimi hendrix tribute concert. and a lot of guys were playing bluesy stuff of course. but when buddy guy comes out there he's just on another level. these young guys were playing the hell out of blues scales and going crazy. buddy comes out there and shows so much restraint... very underestimated part of music and guitar playing. he plays when he wants to and lets it breath and its just the bluesiest, realest stuff there is

thanks for posting this... I'm glad some people know Buddy Guy was the first lol... even Robert Cray said "Buddy Guy was psychadelic before anybody knew what psychadelic was". both great guitarists with big impacts though still.
