They most certainly are this good live. I went to a TFK show at a venue that held maybe 200 people. Just a "small" show on their Welcome to the Masquerade tour. No cameras or anything, no reason for editing. They just came and played almost flawlessly. They are excellent performers!

The audio is just 2 or 3 frames out of sinc, which usually happens when someone like LuckymannMusic has to edit the video and audio separately to post the video on youtube.

@HUsolidier no, I wouldn't say that much, in my opinion he's definitely second best though. I think Myles Kennedy is the best singer in the world right now. Go check out Alter Bridge, on the song "Coming Home" off Live In Amsterdam, and on the song Slip To The Void on the new album AB III. He's got like, four octaves coming out of him. :P Trevor's great too, but, Myles is just a tad better.

@jukilema So? Only at that one part that I heard, and that's just overdubbing not lip syncing. Over dubbing is what Les Paul invented where you track one layer of audio over another, that doesn't mean he isn't singing live too.

@faquiado That's a logical fallacy. Just because it's on DVD format means they MUST have edited it? No, some EQ maybe, but to make it sound good. Yes, he had some background vocals pre-recorded, but what do you want ONE guy to do when he multitracked some in in the studio? They're amazing live, I've seen tons of videos of them, from plain old Youtubers, and they're amazing.

@Songwriter4God I am studying Video Production at school, so I know that because this is a live DVD, the concert was mixed live. However, in post production the audio was sweetened a little bit. I know, I own the DVD/CD and I am a huge TFK fan! For anyone who is a fan, throw up them rawkfists!

@bigbadt50 True, but not THE best in all rock music. Definitely tied for top one in Christian music, not sure with who, but someone's gotta be as good. Matt Smith from Theocracy is also a multi-octave insanely awesome talented vocalist. he does ALL the choral vocals on their records, no software, just note by note himself, and he hits all the notes. It's insane.
