  • they are good fats, the healthy fats just like how avocados are high fat but its good for you.

  • Good/healthy/needed fats...you need to learn about nutrition more.

  • she used far too many nuts... you diet should consist of 5% calories from fats.

  • @zuphu Understand that the purpose is to inform people about the benefits of eating healthier, you cant spread this knowledge by telling the general public they can only have 5% of fat.

  • I had a great salad today of celery,onion, radish, baby greens, beansprouts, with flax oil, vinegar and avocado....and it was great. Then again eat it while watching tv or reading.

  • That is a lovely recipe. It is similar to raw spaghetti that I make with a Spirooli spiralizer. Great idea for the fettucine shape. That sauce sounds divine! Maybe a bit high fat for daily fare, but delicious for a special occasion. And, you look lovely, Jenna. Keep on shining!
