I love your videos, they are helping me a lot! But I do have a question that I am very confused about... When using the letters â, î, a with the comma underneath it(wouldn't show on my iPod), į, and then the normal a and i, how do you know when to use the right one? Sorry if it sounds confusing!! But please help :)

well does semivocal meen barely able to be hear it? like a very short sound? also i do not have familiarity with the j in finnish or in swedish so your example cannot help me sorry!! thank you for your attempt though! let me know if i am right about the letter i sometimes at the end of a word being very short ok? thank you again, are you from romania?

if romanian is a phonetic language were every letter is pronounced how come sometimes i have watched words spoken and the speaker will not pronounce a i letter at the end of a word?

@hashmell Sometimes the i letter is a semivocal, so it will be like j in Finnish, for example, or in Swedish.

@hashmell it's kind of a mute letter. you only must pronouce the letter "I" at the end of the words when it's double "II". Example:

Cinci (five) - do NOT pronounce the 'I"

Ochii (eyes) - DO pronounce the 'I".

@HikaCheshire Don't worry.. even romanian people use the normal keyboard.. but anyway you can add the romanian letters as you add other languages from your computer settings.
