also my may be interested in a series of three documentaries from the BBC that have just been broadcast all about the perfume business. part of one episode focuses on the house of Guerlain and in another they talk to Jean claude Ellena, the nose behind Terre D'Hermes, you may be able to find the episodes somewhere online, very interesting stuff

finally got around to smelling this and just noticed that i never commented the first time i watched this, so anyway thanks for reviewing this, awesome and accurate break down of this frag. i feel that its not instantly something i love but its compulsive, i had to keep smelling it all day until it had totally faded and now i want it full size! nothing like it in my collection, so different from grey vetiver by tom ford, way better actually.

it always funny to me the amount of young people who dis on this fragrance,,and for me that is expected..i expect that..it smells good..it is nice and non offensive...it is a clean fragrance ..whether it is the ultimate..that is strictly a personal issue..thanks for an honest review. speak louder though......appreciate your guts.. hey this doesn't mean this is you're signature scent..or mine...still looking for it.. thanks again..it smells like a rich old man..
