  • You obivisiouly have no respect for rare older cars....the cars that you should be making fun of are the Japanese clunkers that are on the road now!

  • @GayUOPXBoy10 Hey! My '98 Corolla has 130,000 miles on it and it still runs like new. It's far from a cheap Japanese clunker.

  • @mikeycomputer Well my 99 Camry is a clunker and it only has 80,000 miles on it....what a piece of shit!!!

  • @GayUOPXBoy10 That's a '99 Camry. Different animal.

  • Zeee color, its is howwible!

  • @The1FastGP It's a GEM!!!

  • @CORVAIRWILD That RR would look great in black.

  • @5inthehole Yeah right.... the pieces of shits are the Japanese clunkers that are on the road now!!!

  • Just come across your vid, love your presentation ! Bacosonic !!!

  • I just saw it parked in Florida, it's not mine. I'll prolly never see it again!

  • @CORVAIRWILD so its not yours and you dont know whos it is and you open it up and check it out? i wouldn't do that if i were u.

  • I love it! I'd make it road worthy and leave the condition as it. The home made wooden replacement window is the best. It is truly a statement that you do not care and you can do it yourself.

  • The Rolls makes me wonder. What happens to peoples minds. When it was new and probobly for several years some guy cared more about that car than he did his wife. After a few more owners, it starts to go downhill and soon we see a roach motel on wheels. Sad situation

  • needs the car crusher, it aint worth anything but scrap

  • Can you say

    DERBY car?

I would love to see one of these in a derby.

  • poor thing...

  • og obe u 5g zax auchz trux

  • My God.. did Rainbow Bright drive this thing?

  • Renovators dream!

  • my uncle had the same rolls royce but he had it black with creme interior the car was SICK!

  • Also, I know that those chrome vents on the front of the car are on the early models but I'm not so sure about later ones.

  • RollsRoycefun may be correct. This might not be a corniche, but a 2-door mulliner park ward model instead (pre 1971). I'm guessing this from the non-vented hub caps, different dashboard arrangement and larger steering wheel. What would be the clincher is if we popped the bonnet and found a 6,230 cc engine instead of the 6,733 cc engine.

  • No, look closely at about 1:16, it clearly says "BAKOSONIC"

  • They still go for $65,000 when in good shape. Looks like an afro-pimp had this one for some time.

  • its BANDSONIC.

    not BACOSONIC.

  • a fully restored one i think cost about 25000 cuz of the price back then

  • Hello my dear Rolls-Royce fans. This model is the most wonderful designed product from Crewe, England. But what you see is NOT a Corniche. It.s a Silver Shadow two door Coupe. Only 568 of these cars where produced. After several technical improvements the factory called this model in 1971 the Corniche.

  • Hi, sorry you do not know your facts. The 4 door saloon short wheel base was the Shadow, the 4 door saloon long wheel base is the Wraith, the 2 doors were the Corniche. The Corniche has been made as a convertible and a hard top. The hard top version, if not called Corniche was called the Drop Head Coupe

  • Well they were officially called the corniche in 1971. From 1967 to 1970, the 2 door cars were just referred to as 2-door mulliner park ward. I'm not sure whether this is a corniche or a 2-door mulliner park ward.

  • @hcollette

Drophead coupe is Rolls-Royce speak for 'convertible'. This is a Corniche Coupe. They're rather rare but this car may be too far gone to be worth it. It's a Silver Shadow underneath an they're very expensive to get and keep right. Very complex hydraulic systems. But when they're running properly, it's a fantastic drive.

  • @goldwadd Hi, A Coupe, Rolls-Royce or not is a 2 door car.

This particular model is a Corniche Drop Head (hard top)

The one with an open top is a Corniche Convertible.

Rolls-Royce convertible are rare and expensive +/- £50000

Rolls-Royce Drop Head are not so rare and less desirable because the roof does not come off, hence you can fetch these in England for about £10000

This car will be a ruin for anyone that will buy it, too much of work to do on it. I own an immaculate 1981 Silver Spirit.

  • That stereo HAS to be AudioVox brand, or Kraco. Anywho, I saw a prestine white Rolls at the local Goodwill, it was parked right out front, and I had to laugh, it just seems so odd to me

  • This was parked accross from Goodwill...

  • i drive a lexus rx300 its my first car and man does it have some get up and go!!!!

  • I'm a Rolls -Royce collector. I would probably buy this car to fix if not part. But there is no real contact info. Oh by the way to the moron who says Rolls-Royces are shit what are you driving? I think the only shit is coming out of your ears!

  • Oh that poor lady on a lot with crap. I am sorry she is in such a state, I'll give

$10.000 since there is about 100,000 in resto at least, My God how was this sweet lady ever let to such a low state!!!.

  • Corniche Hardtops are kind of rare, aren't they? The Silver Shadow Coupe (which was actually a seperate model, but looked nearly identical) is another rare one.

  • Is that yrs & how much you want for it?!!!!!!

I RRRRRRREEEEEAAAALLLLYYYY fix that thing upp, evn though im a kid i cn honestly fix it up!

  • man if i saw that car i'd buy it in a minute put it in a shop fix it up!! it is a straight classic!! people say its ugly or old ....

but they dont know how to apriciate a classic!!

  • YAAAHAAHAHAHAA!!! That's so awesome! Talk about faded glory. I'd pay $500 for that!

  • When scrap was high last summer, it was worth that per ton!

  • haha. Those were good days. I got $800 for an old windstar back in July.

  • strait peice of shit, as it was new. you can have it

  • shut up

  • i thought it said table ladders and chairs

  • Unfortunately, alot of Mulliner Park Ward Silver Shadows have had bootlid badges fitted at a later point. The Corniche had a different facia, different exhaust system and tailpipe, different wheel covers, and a deeper (front to back) radiator shell among other things. The Corniche was officially introduced on 4 March 1971.

  • First off, this isn't a Corniche, but a Mulliner Park Ward Silver Shadow two-door saloon. Secondly, it has been horrendously butchered by yet another clueless idiot who insisted on spending money (albeit it looks rather cheaply) in all the wrong places, and destroying what was once a rare and beautiful car.

  • Im just curious. How can you tell that it isn't a Corniche? If you take a look at the tail end, you'll see that name.

  • Corniche's are convertibles - not hard tops...

  • A really ugly car.

  • This Rolls-Royce is a horendous roach!

  • As everything is relative, it makes yours look better, no? Ug

  • Where were you finding all these rare cars? Looks like some of them should be under a cover in a barn...

  • Just walkin' around... Shame... At least we can all cry together... Ug

  • i think that just makes it look cheep..

    (the color)

  • Reminds me of.. a pimp car.

  • hahahahahaha

  • Pimped my ride... If it would start... Ug

  • What year was that thunderbird?

  • I want the T-bird next to the Rolls. It's a 66, just like my dad bought used back in the 70's.

  • nice rolls royce. looks expensive.

  • Looks like JUNK! Ug
