She hits the notes very well, her tone is strong and her vibrato is amazing, I just wish I could stand her voice. This is just my opinion, but I think songs like this should be sung from deep within the chest, the tone should be much deeper and stronger. I just hate how breathy she sounds. It's like she's trying too hard to sound "sweet." She gets a bit of it toward the end, but I just can't stand the way she sings the first half.

She is not lipsynching! That is obvious from little flaws (sound of several small inhales) which are not in the recording and the harmony on the CD that can't be heard live. I think the reason some people think her voice is recorded is because they are not used to a great singer. People remember today's auto tuned, recorded pop stars and they expect everyone to be like that.
