@stylgiannoutsos Kinda depends what the photo interpreter saw when they looked at the photo, bearing in mind RAF Intel was actually able to view it in 3D (by using what was originally a Victorian party trick). Bearing in mind the same method was used to first identify the V weapons sites.

Channel 4 usually create interesting documentaries but this isn't one of them. To accredit the Nazis with the development of foo-fighters is both ignorant and arrogant. Die Gloch or the Bell, Hanebu, Vrill, were advanced technologies for the time, no surprise that these Nazi scientists began work after WW2 for NASA (project paperclip), but came nowhere near the technological advances of foo fighters that were witnessed in the skies by combat pilots.

That's not what I said if u read it correctly. "foo-fighters" was a term that was only used during WW2 and to accredit the nazis with their development is incorrect. And yes I'm aware of S4 and Bob Lazar, John Lear, Area 51 security guard "Henessy", etc. testimonies. Peace.

i saw this documentary on TV years ago. it changed a hardcore "believer" with intelligent fact finding and research. oddly my mum wont watch this documentary because she wants to believe in aliens and conspiracy theory's! shame this is not available on 4OD.

Precisely when discoveries and inventions come to fruition depends on the sum total of human knowledge in society at any given period of time. The Russians were working on their own atom bomb and even if they hadn't been able to obtain secrets from the Manhattan project, they'd still have been able to develop it on their own, albeit a few years later than they did. The chances are that anything the Germans were working on in the 1940s would've been discovered independently elsewhere by now.

Resources, politics, ethics, motives, education all play their part as well, and on top of that Hitler liked thinking outside the box, he pursued absolutely any avenue of potentially beneficial research, no matter how weird, from cutting edge technology to the occult, why? @mjeshaw that situation hasn't existed since. If they did make some serious discoveries back then, they would have been buried by whoever found them when Germany collapsed, most likely the Americans in Operation Paperclip, they wouldn't advertise what they found, they'd hide it and exploit it to maximum benefit, just like they did with Von Braun and the space-race. Shortly after the war ends we have Roswell and the ufo phenomena gets a kick-start. Maybe coincidence, maybe not?

The Nazis didnt have aircraft that could move as quick and as agile as a Foo fighter, they were pretty baffled buy the Foo fighter phenomenon themselves, If they did actually manage to get something to fly with anti gravitational technology or make a craft with the agility of a foo fighter this post would be written in German.
