I highly doubt that crash cost them the stage win. It was inside the final km. They didn't need to wait for the crashed riders. They may have paused to see what happened, but not for 23 seconds.

no! and they only had 6 guys when the crash happened. the finish time gets taken when the 5th guy finishes, so they had to wait for one of the crashers to finish!

i ride competitively, although not on a sponsored team, and i spend a lot of time with riders that are on various Contentinental teams (rock racing, toyota/united, etc:.) - it is no secret that many dope and that many know how to evade the tests.
