and on your site you should make a link with all the recipes on it. because I am from america and i under stand most of what you say. but some i dont. also in your videos you use grams for most of your ingredants. and we dont use grams. we use (cups, tsp , Tbsp and ounce's ) that would help out your american viewers alot. Id like to add one more thing. you two should look in to getting a tripod for joseph and his cammer. he could make the camera more still. not that he dosent do a good job now. It would make the video quality a bit better.

We use tsp, tbsp & ounces in UK but you just get a conversion chart and look up what grammes are. I'm fine with MaryJose's way.
