For those asking whether there is a shorter code because you don't want to have to manually add this via action replay, you should have the action replay CD installer and use that to install it on your computer. Than you can copy + paste codes.

Unleasher08 is right. From March 5th to the 25th you can get this Pichu via the Mystery Gift wifi option.

The code is fake, it doesn't work...

It's easier to use a PokeSav app to edit the sav file and load a special package that activates the pokemon events.
