My father went to high school with Ferlin Husky in Frank Clay Missouri. I grew up with this song. My father passed in 2004 and I miss him so much.

this is such a beautiful song it was my dad`s favorite song and it was played at my dad`s funeral over and over again everytime i hear it it brings tears to my eyes,it has also become one of my favorite as everytime i hear it i remember how wonderful my dad was to my mom and all of his children.rest in peace my lovely lovely father.
