I don't think it makes you racist, but most racists happen to love waving the flag under the guise of patriotism, whit it is not. It's nationalism, pure and simple. Back in the US I had a name for people what would drive around with similar flags, whethere they were US flags or Football team flags, I called them fuckwit flags, because most of the poeple that drove around with them were arguably fuckwits. Same thing goes for people over here. Back to the racism thing? Half-truth at best.
