it when you add something to it to make it your own unique power for example airflare + elbow freeze = elbow airflare or airflare + 1 hand hope = i handed airflare if you really thing about it , advance power or what other people call it insane power is just a combine of power freeeze and style but force move on power. At least that what i think it is.
