hi mean vid bro wear you from ,im in new zealand im also a beef boner our tally was 660 with 8 boners in 8hrs we just had a huge makeover now our tally is 1200 a day with 16 boners 8 on each side
i hope those 7 boners that do 320-360 get paid over $40 an hour otherwise that would be slave labour, because these boys are on $32 an hour maybe more now and theres 12-13 lol.
dont let your company rip you off they make at least $1500-$2000 off every carcase
hole diffrent set up from were i work we quarter our halves and hot bone wish we could film to might have to do a sneaky boning vid to, keep up the good work peace out
chur mean vid bruthaz and dat idiot dat sayn that there telly is 420 or something wat u tryna prove im a boner at siver fern farms hawera our telly is 590 ds 420 ns so dont even go there keep up da good work mean maori mean in response to HannahAprildejong comment
Love the video you never know.. My question is the meat coming off the bones what is it used for..? May sound stupid to ask but some of the meat I see coming off the bone I don't think I have had before..
its interesting to watch this as i work in a beef boning plant we have a 405 body tally each day that include prime steer prime beef bull and cow everyday. our room is a lot bigger then this though. more people. do you guys vacum pack any meat?
@123RAWAZ we vacum pack almost every cut on prime streer but we are the same on cow. we have like 15 to 17 boners on the rail at once depending on the manning
Wasteful slow, and no skill involved, I boned cows, and bulls, piece work for more than twenty five years, you were expected to get 10 beef a day, at least! You had to be fast, and your bones had to be clean! This method leaves dirty bones that take longer to clean than it takes to table bone an entire beef. Notice all of the people triming, and cleaning bones, behind a few boners, hate to say but none of these guys would last long on a table in an U.S. plant.
@jagang32 I am in this video mate so allow me to respond. This day we boned 23 bodies of beef each and that is the baseline of an average night (it can be in ecxess of 30 depending on seasonality variations). We are expected to yield at least 70 % for cow and 75% for bull and on a typical night here the statistics are usually 71.5% and 76.3% respectively. Bottom line, hire these kiwis DOUBLE YOUR PRODUCTION
@jagang32 10 these blokes done 23 for the day, 30 during peak. I've seen side, quarter and table boning and guess what, table boning rates 3rd on the list. !0 beef a day doesn't rate in NZ plants.

the fats yellow because theyre cows, probably ex dairy 1s,
its way more easy to get a bull or prime ox clean boned because the cow bones are really ugly sometimes
