He certainly does. He actually came out of the same organization that Sakuraba did--Kingdom Pro Wrestling! He also competed--and did quite well--in Combat Wrestling, where you can see a number of guys with similar entrances, although Imanari is certainly one of a kind.

I was like what the fuck when Imanari lost to hanssen but shit happens.. I realy hope Imanari is still fighting.. I think he doesn't fight mma anymore.. It's not his style.. BUT still he had pritty nice record..
