Not trying to sound bad, and although the basic controls are fairly easy to learn, I wouldn't pay 3 dollars an hour for that kind of work. We have a lot of crews and bobcats and machinery. It is easy to control, however, being an efficient operator is another story. We have crew leaders that have been operating for 15 years and more. When you are running a 50k dollar bobcat or a 100k plus excavator for a job, you better be efficient. Also, hilly terrain makes it more interesting,
try learning the old school controls in 10 minutes it took me a day and i am 12 years old

I learned it after 10 minutes of practice, but of course, that's just basic control, I guess! It was fun!
